Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments made to Walter Iniguez Growth Operations Group are handled. By purchasing or engaging our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to this policy.

 

 

 

 

1. No Refund Policy

 

 

Due to the nature of consulting, strategy, and business management services, all payments are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

 

• Consulting sessions

• Strategy development

• Operational planning

• Marketing and sales advisory services

• Retainers and ongoing management services

 

 

Once services are purchased or work has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

 

 

 

 

2. Commitment to Service Delivery

 

 

While refunds are not provided, we are committed to delivering the agreed-upon services as outlined in your proposal, contract, or statement of work (SOW). If you believe services have not been delivered as agreed, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of the issue so we can review and address it.

 

 

 

 

3. Client Responsibility

 

 

Results depend heavily on client participation and execution. Refunds will not be issued due to:

 

• Lack of implementation

• Change of mind

• Business performance outcomes

• External market conditions

 

 

 

 

 

4. Cancellations

 

 

• One-Time Services: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be forfeited

• Retainers / Ongoing Services: Require written notice (e.g., 14 or 30 days as outlined in your agreement)

• Services already rendered or in progress are non-refundable

 

 

 

 

 

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

 

 

By engaging our services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

 

In the event of a chargeback:

 

• You will be in breach of this agreement

• We reserve the right to pursue collection of the full amount owed, including fees, legal costs, and administrative expenses

• Services will be immediately suspended

 

 

 

 

 

6. Exceptional Circumstances

 

 

Refunds, if any, are issued solely at the Company’s discretion and only under exceptional circumstances. Any approved refund may be partial and subject to deductions for time, work completed, and administrative costs.

 

 

 

 

7. Payment Authorization

 

 

By providing payment information, you authorize Iniguez Growth Operations to charge for agreed services, including recurring payments if applicable.

 

 

 

 

8. Modifications to This Policy

 

 

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
